Description du poste

Missions :

  • Gérer les incidents, les problèmes, les changements, la configuration, les mises en production et les niveaux de service.
  • Raccorder de nouveaux sites partenaires avec des VPN L2L (site-à-site).
  • Mettre à jour les systèmes et les équipements (patching, etc.).
  • Contribuer à l'identification des problèmes pouvant affecter le bon fonctionnement des services.
  • Formuler des demandes de changement pour améliorer la qualité de service et la productivité.
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des changements pour résoudre les problèmes, y compris la création et la mise à jour de procédures d'exploitation/debug.
  • Évaluer les changements en termes de risques, coûts, délais et complexité, en particulier pour les changements non standards.
  • Identifier le périmètre des tests de non-régression et la méthode de test.
  • Rédiger des procédures, processus, et consignes.
  • Suivre les fournisseurs et les technologies utilisées.
  • Gérer le backlog de niveau 3 (N3) et les incidents.
  • Superviser la mise en production des équipements de sécurité.
  • Analyser et résoudre les incidents/problèmes de production.
  • Traiter les changements/incidents escaladés vers le niveau 3.
  • Valider certains changements en production.
  • Encadrer le niveau 2 (N2) et transférer des compétences.
  • Accompagner et transférer des projets vers la production sur de nouveaux périmètres ou technologies.
  • Standardiser et refondre certains périmètres.
  • Générer des rapports, suivre les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), et rédiger des comptes rendus (CR).
  • Participer à des projets internes pour améliorer la continuité du service.
  • Valider l'ouverture des flux sur les plans fonctionnel et technique.
Qualifications
  • De formation Bac + 5 ou d'un Master en informatique, notamment en écoles d'ingénieur
  • Doté d'une expérience de 10 ans minimum en gestion de réseaux IP au sein de grandes entreprises (CAC 40) ou pour un opérateur télécom
  • Une expérience significative de gestion d'infrastructures sécurité de réseau de DC
  • Expérience avec les Load Balancers F5 et NSX-T
  • Connaissance approfondie des pare-feux Fortinet, Checkpoint, et Palo Alto
  • Maîtrise de FortiManager et FortiAnalyzer
  • Expérience avec les proxys BlueCoat et Proxy Cloud
  • Solides connaissances en DNS
  • Connaissance de Pulse SecureConnect
  • Connaissance en gestion d'accès Internet/ISP (Peering public, Gestion de la Full table Internet,

    équilibrage de charge BGP, …)
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques
  • Ayant une grande capacité de travail collaboratif
  • Un niveau avancé en anglais
