Software Engineer

You Will

• Participate in System Requirements clarification meetings with Client.
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, clients, and end-users.
• Leading Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Managing and tracking tickets in Jira, ensuring proper prioritization and assignment
• Maintaining Confluence pages with weekly team progress updates and documentation
• Supporting Product Owners in planning activities.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment on project objectives
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress through dashboards and tracking tools
• Supporting requirements cleanup in DOORS, analysis, and clarification processes

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools
• Proficiency in Excel and dashboard coordination
• Experience with requirements management tools such as Doors
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in automotive field.
• French level fluent.
