To enrich our Operations department of the Marquardt Group located in Zone industrielle d’El Agba, 2087, El Hrairia, Tunis-El Agba we are looking for you as Manager Manufacturing Engineering Qualifications Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering field. Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar leadership position within the automotive industry. Proven experience managing industrialization, manufacturing, or production projects. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent project management and organizational capabilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams. High level of accountability, initiative, and results orientation. Fluent English language skills (written and spoken). Responsibilities Lead the planning, supervision, and execution of industrialization projects. Define project objectives and identify the resources required for successful implementation. Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective collaboration across departments. Monitor project progress and take corrective actions when needed to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure efficient company operations while maintaining high quality standards and achieving budgetary objectives. Supervise the production team and support the achievement of production targets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and project execution. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Stay up to date with the latest industrial technologies and best practices. Ensure production targets are achieved in a cost-effective manner while maintaining the company's competitiveness.
