• Create and update operational procedures.
• Set up infrastructure components and virtual machines for customer and internal projects.
• Implement data encryption.
• Deploy and maintain authentication systems (SSO, LDAP) in accordance with the accreditation matrix.
• Set up interfaces.
• Manage backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide the required deliverables to ensure the compliance of customer environments, in accordance with Planisware quality processes. SaaS Operations
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support. Development
• Improve and automate implemented solutions and procedures.
Your Profile
• Engineering degree / master’s degree in computer science or IT (Bac+5), or equivalent.
• knowledge of virtualization and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Linux and PostgreSQL.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent French and English.
• Strong ability to work as part of a team while being organized and autonomous.
• Ability to explain technical work clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
