Role Description This full-time stagiaire marketing role at Jan Kupper LTD is an on-site position based in Tunis. The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign planning, preparing promotional materials, and helping coordinate online and offline marketing initiatives. Tasks include conducting basic market research, collecting and organizing customer and competitor data, and supporting sales and customer service teams with marketing-related information. The role also involves drafting simple communications such as email content or social media posts under guidance, updating internal reports, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistent brand messaging. The intern will be expected to learn quickly, take initiative on assigned projects, and contribute ideas to improve marketing performance. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and summarize data about customers and competitors.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead follow-up, basic outreach, and collaboration with the sales team.
• Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to contribute to planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including familiarity with office software and common online marketing tools.
• Candidates should possess a learning mindset, openness to feedback, and the ability to work on-site in Breckerfeld as part of a team.
• Candidates should possess or be pursuing education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; prior internship experience is an advantage but not required.
