Key Responsibilities
• Manage inventory levels to ensure material availability for production.
• Monitor material consumption and adjust purchase orders or supply contracts as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and align supply with production needs.
• Track production volumes and customer consumption trends.
• Identify and proactively address supply chain risks.
• Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records; prepare cost estimates and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with and continuous improvement in workplace health, safety, and environmental standards. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing or the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in SAP or another inventory management ERP system.
