Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing systems and model business processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Lead functional workshops to gather and structure client requirements
- Produce clear and detailed functional specifications
- Support and monitor project execution in coordination with delivery teams
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage follow-up actions
- Support change management initiatives and deliver user and administrator training
- Prepare training materials and functional documentation Profile & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Software Engineering or a related technical field
- Strong understanding of functional analysis and process modeling methodologies
- Solid technical foundation including: **Java/JEE (basic)*
* **SQL / PL-SQL (intermediate)*
* **Web technologies*
* : JavaScript (basic), Tomcat (basic)
- Familiarity with tools such as Alfresco, JasperReports, Activiti, LDAP is a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and synthesis skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse business environments and complex requirements
- Comfortable using AI tools to support requirements analysis, process modeling, documentation, UAT preparation, training content creation, and productivity optimization **What do
