We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Assistant/X-Ray or Radiology Tech to join our dynamic healthcare team in Tennessee.

About the Role
  • This is a FT/PRN opportunity for an individual who is dedicated, compassionate, and experienced in medical assisting/x-ray or radiology tech.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, activating patient files, and providing support to patients and medical staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Promptly greeting patients when entering waiting area, exam room, and laboratory or x-ray room.
  • Communicating effectively with patients and providing them with timely updates on their care.
  • Ensuring that all procedures are performed safely and efficiently, and that patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Working closely with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care and ensure positive outcomes.
  • Documenting patient information accurately and completely, and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing medical records.

Requirements include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
  • A Medical Assistant Certificate or equivalent experience is required.
  • A valid State License to perform X-Rays is required.
  • BLS Certification is required.
