Key Responsibilities:

This role works closely with direct reports to implement sales strategies that maximize business growth and achieve annual targets.

  1. Sales Strategy Execution
  • Work closely with direct reports to develop and execute effective sales plans that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Excellence department to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders in Libya and Tunisia.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth through new market opportunities.
People Management & Coaching
  • Act as a role model to communicate company values and leadership competencies to direct reports.
  • Identify and address issues affecting employee satisfaction and performance.
Compliance and Values
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all aspects of job responsibilities.
  • Act on reports raised by management to ensure timely resolution of compliance-related issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Arabic, and French.
