">Job Title: CRM and Pricing Manager EM IMEA">Overview:

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate pricing processes, compliance with governance frameworks, and the integration of CRM tools across countries in the EM IMEA region.

">Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional rollout and continuous improvement of CRM tools">
  • Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for CRM users across Emerging Markets countries">
  • Monitor tool usage and adoption metrics; drive user engagement through regular communication and best practice sharing">
  • Ensure accurate pricing data is maintained and aligned across systems">
  • Support implementation of regional pricing tools and updates">
  • Create dashboards and reports related to tools performance and pricing accuracy">
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to improve pricing effectiveness and CRM adoption
">Requirements:
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, or related field">
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ACE preferred)">
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills">
  • Good understanding of pricing strategies and operational governance">
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
