As an Education Specialist at UNICEF, you will contribute to the achievement of sustainable results to improve learning outcomes and universal access to quality, equitable, and inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development and Planning: Support the development and planning of education programs that promote quality, equity, and inclusivity.
- Program Management and Delivery: Manage and deliver education programs, ensuring timely and quality results.
- Technical and Operational Support: Provide technical and operational support to education program implementation.
- Networking and Partnership Building: Build and maintain partnerships with education stakeholders to support program implementation.
- Innovation, Knowledge Management, and Capacity Building: Promote innovation, knowledge management, and capacity building in education programs.
Requirements:
- An advanced university degree in education, economics, psychology, sociology, or another relevant technical field.
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in program planning and management in education.
- Experience working in a developing country is an asset.
- Relevant experience in a UN system agency or organization is an asset.
- Fluency in English, working knowledge in French, and knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
