About the Role
As a Banking Analyst at the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD), you will play a crucial role in transforming economies and changing lives for the better. You will be part of a pioneering and diverse international organisation, using your talents to make a real difference to people's lives and help shape the future of the regions we invest in.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will be assigned to various project teams over the two years, with involvement in all phases of the project cycle, including project origination, structuring, execution, implementation and monitoring.
- Under the guidance of an experienced manager, you will be integral to the success of each project by contributing to structuring and execution, portfolio monitoring, value creation and reporting.

About You
We are looking for recent graduates with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics or Business Administration. You should have quantitative/numerical/financial analytical skills, credit analysis skills, fluency in written and spoken English, and a keen interest in international development and field-based practical work.
