Project Planning and Coordination:Collaborate with senior project managers to develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.Assist in defining project tasks and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.2. Project Execution and Monitoring:Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Identify and resolve issues and risks promptly, escalating to senior managers as needed.Ensure adherence to project methodologies and standards, implementing best practices for software development and delivery.3. Stakeholder Communication:Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status, issues, and concerns.Facilitate regular project meetings and reviews, preparing and distributing progress reports and documentation.Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.4. Quality Assurance and Delivery:Work closely with team members to ensure rigorous testing and validation of deliverables.Coordinate deployment activities, collaborating with operations and support teams for successful rollout and integration.5.
