Votre mission

En tant que BI Development Team Leader, vous serez responsable de piloter l'équipe de développement BI au sein du département Applications Development / COMIT.

Votre rôle consistera à garantir la qualité, la fiabilité et la performance des solutions décisionnelles tout en accompagnant la montée en compétence de votre équipe.

Vos principales responsabilités :

· Superviser, encadrer et faire évoluer une équipe de développeurs BI.

· Coordonner la planification, la priorisation et la livraison des projets en lien avec les parties prenantes.

· Garantir la qualité et la performance des développements BI (ETL, reporting, data warehouse).

· Assurer la collecte et l'analyse des besoins métiers, en collaboration avec les équipes IT et business.

· Définir et suivre les SLA pour les services et incidents BI.

· Fournir un support technique avancé et participer à la résolution des incidents complexes.

· Contribuer à la mise en place des bonnes pratiques SDLC, ITIL et DevOps.

· Être un acteur clé de l'innovation et de la modernisation de l'écosystème BI.


Profil recherché :

· Formation : Ingénieur ou Master universitaire en informatique, systèmes d'information ou domaine équivalent.

· Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine BI / Data Warehouse.

· Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion d'équipe ou poste de lead technique.

· Français : courant (C1/C2)

· Anglais : professionnel (B2/C1)

Compétences techniques :

· Maîtrise des outils ETL (Talend, Informatica, ODI) et BI (Cognos, Power BI, Power Play).

· Excellente connaissance des concepts de modélisation et d'architecture de données.

· Solides compétences en SQL, data governance et optimisation de performance.

· Bonne compréhension des méthodes Agile et ITIL.
