*Key Responsibilities*

• Monitor and track the progress of project delivery, both internally and in coordination with clients.
• Ensure ongoing follow-up of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare, formalize, and monitor meeting minutes, action plans, and project status reports.
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Development, QA, Delivery, Support) to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Contribute to the structuring and continuous improvement of project management practices and reporting.
• Support project managers in identifying risks, dependencies, and deviations, and in implementing corrective actions when required.

*Profile & Qualifications*

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of *1 year of experience* in a Project Management Office (PMO) role or equivalent project coordination position.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of software development environments, ideally within a FinTech or regulated context.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
