Travel Logistics Officer

1. Logistics

  • To ensure and manage the logistics of testing missions in France, Europe and internationally:

  • Human Resources,

  • Testing methods,
  • Materials,

  • Customs and administrative formalities.

  • Manage the client's databases and negotiate with local service providers (infrastructure, local authorities, etc.).

  • To provide a cross-cutting vision to coordinate all the actors involved.

2. Confidentialit

  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality rules on external websites:
  • Drafting confidentiality agreements for external operations,
  • Defining camouflage solutions in collaboration with the RPVs and project teams,
  • Drafting of supplier loan contracts for prototypes undergoing dynamic testing,
  • Application of confidentiality rules during driving on open roads,
  • Research, validation and auditing of new routes and supplier sites.

3. S curit

  • Remind and enforce safety rules during test missions (tracks, work, highway code, etc.).
  • Participate in the development of safety rules:
  • PTI (Protection of the Isolated Worker),
  • Medical management and incidents,
  • Circuit safety.
  • Train Heads of Mission on security rules and risk prevention.

4. Cost control

  • Optimize the costs of test missions (hot and cold missions).
  • Identifying levers for economic performance:
  • Transport optimization,
  • Negotiation with service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.),
  • Rental and management of infrastructure (workshops, meeting rooms).
Desired Candidate Profile

Formation

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in travel management, logistics, project management, or equivalent.

Exp rience

  • 15 years of experience in technical mission/project logistics, ideally in a multinational industrial or automotive environment.
