Job Title: Data Analyst, List Processing
Report to: Team Lead
Location: Tunis, Tunisia

As a Database Analyst for List Processing department, you will be responsible to extract, retrieve, clean, configure, review, process and merge data sets for use to create high volumes of Customer and Prospect promotional mail. You will ensure exceptional data quality and accuracy and will follow local postal requirements for each of the 22+ countries/languages where National Pen operates its massively successful mail order promotional business. You will use predefined processes and procedures to follow instructions provided by our Marketing Department, and our Production Departments. You will contribute to research & development of processes and procedures including IT advances relating to data processing.
What you will do:
- Use SQL and MS Access to perform ETL processes.
- Track marketing mail campaign promotions schedule list and additional tasks through internal IT business platform MS SharePoint
- Work with 3rd party vendors to prepare data for Postal Sortation process based on country specific postal regulations, procedures and requirements.
- Research data and answer questions for Marketing, Production and other departments
- Communicate and follow up with vendors, Production and Marketing to meet deadlines
- Review data to ensure all procedures and instructions are strictly observed
- Control the workflow of multiple tasks at a given time
- Address issues and emails promptly
- Work efficiently and accurately to meet critical completion dates
- Understand why and take responsibility for prompt, accurate and quality data delivery
What we need from you:
- Proficient in writing SQL queries and working with tables in relational databases
- Knowledge in VBA for developing/debugging macros in MS Access is a plus
- A relevant college degree in Data Analytics or Computer Science
- Good proficiency in writing & speaking the English language
- Strong problem-solving skills & critical thinking
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Direct mail experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.

- Deductive reasoning for workflow changes
