The Role:

  • Remotely support our thriving community from the comfort of your home in Athens, Greece.
  • Become a trusted advisor, delivering timely, accurate, and professional customer service through chat, email, and inbound calls.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring high customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.
  • Embrace a problem-solving mindset, investigating issues thoroughly to understand their root cause.
  • Provide detailed and informative responses, closing the loop with updates and educational resources for each workflow.
  • Become a knowledge hub for your team, fostering a collaborative learning environment for all agents.
  • Maintain prompt communication, offering swift responses and additional information regarding workflows.
  • Partner with internal teams, identifying and escalating any performance issues for resolution.
  • Contribute to a seamless user experience by providing additional assistance with non-ticket issue escalation.

Profile:

  • Native German speaker with B2 level English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building rapport and exceeding expectations.
  • Active listening skills to fully understand customer concerns.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to adapt and respond to diverse personalities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to finding solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Contract:

Fixed-term employment contract.
