Activity

ODDO BHF Tunis is a growing financial services company created in 2009 to support the development of the Oddo BHF Group.

With more than 300 employees, it now operates in two main areas: financial analysis and IT.

The IT team ensures the development of all the websites and brings its expertise to the Group's major IT projects.

Innovating on the Tunisian market, ODDO BHF Tunis is developing in other businesses and aims to increase its workforce as part of the Group's development

The Group's IT teams consists of more than 400 employees spread across several sites in France, Germany and Tunisia. Following the Group substantial growth in recent years and acquisitions in Germany, we are looking to strengthen our collaboration between different subsidiaries in the Group.

Job description

Mission:

- Design, execution and documentation of all relevant IT and IT security controls.

- Reporting on the effectiveness of the IT general controls carried out.

- Follow-up of all identified weaknesses to reduce the overall risk level in line with the group's risk appetite.

Job Description:

- Functional- and disciplinary leadership of team members.

IT internal control

- Maintain the IT control environment as well as the 1st line information security controls.

- Execution of 2nd line controls and selected 1st line controls.

- Follow-up of all defined action plans with the process owners to ensure a timely closure of actions.

- Evaluation of the process KPIs and the corresponding maturity level.

- Support implementation of new regulatory requirements in the IT Governance Framework.

- Consulting in IT Governance topics.

Risk reporting

- Evaluation of the Quarterly IT residual risks.

- Reporting of control effectiveness to Oddo Bhf board.

Internal- & external audit

- Support of internal- and external audits.

- Support in follow-up on audit findings and ensure the timely implementation of the required actions in cooperation with IT colleagues.

Skills required

Professional / personal requirements:

- Successfully completed studies (computer science, mathematics or physics)

- Large experience in Information System audit preferably in one of the big four.

- Deep knowledge in IT environments.

- Knowledge in COBIT and IT security standards like ISO/IEC 27001 or NIST.

- Certified ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and/or Certified CISA (Certified Information System Auditor)

- ISACA certifications are an advantage.

- Analytical, conceptual, team-oriented and communicative skills.

- Assertiveness, as well as a high degree of commitment and initiative.

- Willingness to travel and flexibility.

- Very good knowledge of English and French.

- German language skills are an advantage.
