Description du poste

Missions principales

Administration et supervision

  • Superviser et administrer les infrastructures réseaux, systèmes et sécurité.
  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne des équipements réseaux, de sécurité et de téléphonie IP.
  • Garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des infrastructures IT.
  • Analyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents complexes de niveau 2.
  • Escalader et coordonner les interventions avec les équipes spécialisées et les prestataires externes.

Support et assistance

  • Apporter un support technique aux utilisateurs sur l'ensemble des postes de travail (PC, laptops, imprimantes, visioconférence, etc.).
  • Intervenir en proximité ou à distance (helpdesk) selon les besoins.
  • Accueillir, écouter et accompagner les utilisateurs rencontrant des dysfonctionnements.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des incidents via l'outil de ticketing Freshservice.
  • Escalader les incidents hors de votre périmètre d'action.

Gestion et documentation

  • Déployer et configurer les postes de travail et périphériques.
  • Gérer l'Active Directory (création, modification et suppression de comptes).
  • Assurer le support applicatif et la gestion de Microsoft 365 (O365).
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures d'exploitation et de supervision.
  • Rédiger et présenter des rapports techniques et d'incidents en français et en anglais.

Pilotage et coordination

  • Assurer le suivi et la coordination des prestataires externes : appels d'offres, choix, suivi technique et gestion contractuelle.
  • Assurer le reporting régulier auprès de la direction IT locale et du groupe.
  • Participer activement aux projets IT (déploiements, migrations, évolutions d'infrastructure).
Qualifications

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac +3 à Bac +5 en informatique, systèmes et réseaux.
  • Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire (au moins 3 ans).
  • Maîtrise des environnements Windows Server, Active Directory, O365, VPN, sécurité réseau, pare-feux, téléphonie IP.
  • Bon niveau de communication en français et en anglais (écrit et oral).
  • Sens du service, rigueur, autonomie et esprit d'équipe
