Mission principale
Concevoir, structurer et exploiter les données liées aux magasins pharmaceutiques (matières premières, articles de conditionnement, produits finis) afin d'assurer une gestion fiable des stocks, la traçabilité réglementaire, l'optimisation des coûts et la prise de décision basée sur la donnée, dans le respect des BPF/GMP.
Responsabilités et activités principales
Gestion et structuration des données magasins
Collecter, nettoyer et structurer les données issues de l'ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics…).
Mettre en place des modèles de données pour la gestion des stocks.
Assurer la cohérence des données articles, lots, dates de péremption et emplacements.
Gérer les référentiels (articles, fournisseurs, emplacements, unités).
Traçabilité et conformité réglementaire
Garantir la traçabilité complète des flux (réception, stockage, consommation, expédition).
Mettre en place des indicateurs conformes aux exigences BPF/GMP.
Supporter les audits internes, clients et inspections réglementaires.
Assurer l'intégrité des données (ALCOA+).
Pilotage de la performance magasins
Développer des tableaux de bord (stocks, ruptures, obsolescence, rotation).
Analyser les écarts d'inventaire et proposer des actions correctives.
Optimiser les niveaux de stock (sécurité, minimum, maximum).
Suivre les coûts liés au stockage et aux pertes.
Support opérationnel et décisionnel
Aider à la planification des approvisionnements avec la Supply Chain.
Supporter les équipes magasins dans l'utilisation des outils data.
Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue et digitalisation.
Contribuer aux projets d'automatisation (WMS, codes-barres, RFID).
Digitalisation et systèmes
Interfacer ERP – WMS – outils BI.
Développer des solutions de reporting automatisé.
Participer à l'évolution des systèmes d'information logistique.
Assurer la documentation technique et fonctionnelle.
Profil requis
Formation : Bac+5 : Ingénierie Data / Data Engineering ; Informatique industrielle ; Génie industriel / Supply Chain ; Statistiques / Mathématiques appliquées
Expèrience
2 à 5 ans dans un poste data / supply chain / logistique industrielle
Expérience en environnement pharmaceutique fortement souhaitée
Compétences requises
Compétences techniques (Data & IT)
Modélisation de données (SQL, ETL, data pipelines).
Bases de données relationnelles et/ou cloud.
Outils BI (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
Maîtrise des ERP (SAP MM/WM, Oracle, Dynamics…).
Notions de WMS et systèmes de traçabilité.
Automatisation et scripts (Python, SQL avancé).
Compétences métier (Pharma & Supply Chain)
Gestion des stocks pharmaceutiques.
Traçabilité des lots et dates de péremption.
Connaissance des BPF/GMP et GDP.
Gestion des inventaires et écarts.
Flux logistiques industriels.
Compétences qualité & conformité
Data Integrity (ALCOA+).
Documentation qualité (SOP, procédures).
Support aux audits et inspections.
Gestion des accès et sécurité des données.
Compétences comportementales
Rigueur et sens de la fiabilité.
Esprit analytique et orientation résultats.
Capacité à vulgariser la donnée pour les opérationnels.
Organisation et gestion des priorités.
Travail en équipe transverse.
Force de proposition et amélioration continue.
Compétences linguistiques
Français courant, anglais professionnel.
