En tant que Product Manager chez Uptale, tu seras responsable de projets de développement du produit et de zones du produit, et de leurs impacts sur nos clients. Tu t'assureras qu'on construit les bonnes fonctionnalités, de la bonne manière, et qu'elles sont réellement utilisées et utiles.

En tant que premier Product Manager dédié, tu intégreras l'équipe Produit composée du head of Product, d'une Product Designer, d'une Data Analyst, d'un QA engineer et des responsables du support utilisateur niveau 1.

1. Comprendre les besoins & opportunités

  • Mener la discovery sur ton périmètre : récupérer du feedback interne et des clients, échanger avec les Sales / Customer Success / Support et le Head of Product pour la vision produit.

  • Travailler avec notre Data Analyst pour analyser l'usage réel des features (adoption, rétention, frictions) et pour anticiper quelles sont les metrics de succès.

  • Transformer ces inputs en problèmes clairs à résoudre (brief & user stories)

2. Prioriser & construire la roadmap de ta zone

  • Maintenir un backlog organisé et priorisé.

  • Arbitrer en fonction de la valeur utilisateur, de l'impact business et de la faisabilité avec l'équipe tech.

3. Cadrer & spécifier les solutions

  • Co‑concevoir les solutions avec le Product Designer (flows, maquettes, prototypes). Tu es responsable du Pourquoi (problem) et du Quoi (user stories), le Product Designer est responsable du Comment.

  • Rédiger les user stories et acceptance criteria permettant à l'équipe de construire et tester efficacement.

  • Animer les ateliers de briefing/lancement avec Design, Tech, et QA.

4. Accompagner la delivery avec la squad

  • Travailler au quotidien avec la squad (Tech lead, développeurs, designer) : mise à jour du backlog, réponses aux questions, arbitrages…

  • Collaborer avec le QA pour préparer les plans de tests et les checklists de release.

5. Lancer & faire adopter tes features

  • Préparer le lancement : scénarios cibles, messaging orienté valeur.

  • Co‑écrire les contenus nécessaires (release notes, base de connaissance).

  • Organiser des démos internes, informer les équipes internes (Support, Customer Success, Sales) sur les nouveautés.

6. Mesurer & itérer

  • Définir les metrics de succès avant chaque lancement, avec la Data Analyst.

  • Suivre l'adoption et l'usage des fonctionnalités après release, en lien avec les metrics de succès défini en amont.

  • Identifier les améliorations prioritaires et préparer les itérations suivantes.
