Job Purpose:

As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth production flow, meeting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and delivery.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support manufacturing area staff.

  • Ensure compliance with PPS regulations, ISO standards, and customer requirements.

  • Drive quality mindset and achieve area quality objectives.

  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (Safety, Efficiency, Scrap, Delivery).

  • Ensure production volumes and weekly capacity align with MPS plan.

  • Oversee training plans and staff development.

  • Support process improvements and cost reduction initiatives (PPS/WAVE/Workshops).

  • Develop dashboards and monitor area performance.

  • Ensure successful process changes and new product launches.

  • Promote safety, ergonomics, and adherence to 5S practices.

Minimum Requirements 

  • Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Material Engineering.

  • Several years of experience in production engineering.

  • Strong technical knowledge with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Fluent in English (required).

  • Key behavioural skills: Communication, Integrity, Result Orientation, Vision, Humility, Optimism, Courage.
