EY Tunisia has a dedicated Transaction & Corporate Finance-TCF Team operating across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
We are hiring Senior Consultant for our TCF practices : Due Diligence, Valuation, Modeling, Economics and Lead Advisory.
What We Look For:
- Strong academic background: CES Révision Comptable, CFA, Financial Analyst, etc.
- Outstanding financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills.
- 3-5 years of work experience is required in Financial Audit, Transaction Services, or Private Equity, Preferably with significant exposure to Financial Services clients (banking, insurance, asset management, fintech, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc); knowledge of financial databases (Capital IQ, Mergermarket, etc) is preferred.
Your Role:
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
- Participate in due diligence, valuation, modeling, economics and lead advisory projects.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Support our clients in strategic decision-making by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations based on project findings and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
