Context
Support the successful launch and growth of walletii in Tunisia by executing local marketing activities across digital, CRM, social, website, influencers, and physical channels. The role owns day-to-day local marketing execution, localization of communications, and coordination with central OFT marketing to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement.

C. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Execute local marketing activities for walletii Tunisia across digital, CRM, social, website, influencer, and physical channels.
- Work closely with Ooredoo Tunisia teams (web, app, digital marketing) to ensure walletii placements follow approved engagement and campaign plans, and proactively identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Plan and deliver customer communications via CRM tools including SMS, email, and app push notifications.
- Manage organic social media activity (Facebook and Instagram), driving engagement and supporting acquisition objectives.
- Own and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timely updates.
- Brief, coordinate, and ensure correct execution of marketing materials in physical channels such as shops, agents, and brand activations.
- Identify and manage relationships with local influencers and brand ambassadors aligned with walletii brand values to support awareness and customer acquisition.
- Work with local agencies on outdoor media, events, brand activations, and physical media buying when required.
- Localize all customer-facing communications to reflect Tunisian dialect, cultural context, and user behavior.
- Provide ongoing local market insights to central marketing, including key events, holidays, cultural moments, and partnership opportunities.
- Act as the local marketing execution owner, ensuring alignment between central strategy and in-market delivery.
D. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
· Contribution to walletii user acquisition, activation, and engagement targets in Tunisia
· CRM campaign performance including delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate, and conversion
· Growth and engagement across organic social channels (reach, followers, engagement rate)
· Influencer campaign effectiveness measured by reach, engagement, and installs where applicable
· Timely and accurate updates of website content
· Quality and on-time execution of physical marketing materials and local activations
· Adherence to campaign timelines and execution standards
· Delivery of relevant local market insights to central marketing aligned with planning cycles
· Effectiveness of localization across customer communications (language, cultural relevance, clarity)
· Stakeholder satisfaction across local OT teams and central OFT marketing
E. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
· to 4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand roles
· Hands-on experience executing CRM campaigns (SMS, email, push notifications)
· Experience managing organic social media channels, preferably Facebook and Instagram
· Experience working with influencers and coordinating basic influencer campaigns
· Experience managing website content through CMS platforms
Minimum Entry Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
· Fluent in English, Arabic, and French
· Basic working knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement channels
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
