Main Responsibilities
• Respond to inquiries from customers, couriers, and partners.
• Efficiently resolve order-related issues such as delays, cancellations, delivery errors, payment problems, etc.
• Follow up on complaints until full resolution.
• Update information in our systems (CRM, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical support) to improve processes.
• Help maintain a high level of satisfaction and fast response times. Required Profile
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in delivery, e-commerce, or the food industry.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to handle urgent or sensitive situations with calm and professionalism.
• Versatile, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the schedule. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
