Job Mission :
Manage orders over €1,000 for customers who are not assigned to an Account Manager, providing guidance throughout the purchasing process to ensure a smooth, satisfying and loyalty-building experience.
Additionally, support customers requesting custom quotations by providing timely, accurate and personalized solutions.
Responsabilities:
Manage all orders above €1,000 placed by customers not handled by an Account Manager, ensuring accuracy and continuous support throughout the entire process.
Guide customers through each step of the order to facilitate completion and create a positive, loyalty-driven experience.
Prepare and provide custom quotations in response to specific customer needs, coordinating with internal teams to define tailored solutions.
Monitor incoming communications and ensure fast, complete and solution-oriented responses.
Contribute to the improvement of operational workflows by sharing suggestions and feedback for tool and process enhancements.
ESSENTIALS:
- Excellent or good knowledge of Italian, French and English
- Good organizational skills to complete tasks within the predefined timing.
- Experience in managing customers.
- Experience in outbound calls
PREFERRED:
- Experience in negotiating trade agreements.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas).
