Profile :Master's degree in Law, Finance, or Engineering5 years of professional experience in the finance or software publishing sectorsKnowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologiesDetail-oriented and organized, with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical mindset and decision-making skillsTasks :1. Operational Tasks - RCCIIdentifying compliance risksUpdating the risk mapWriting, analyzing, and enhancing the effectiveness and relevance of existing toolsImplementing and executing the ongoing control strategyRegulatory monitoring: identifying national regulatory developments and international recommendations that could affect the company's operationsTracking incidents and complaintsManaging relationships with regulatory authoritiesPromoting ethical conductEstablishing effective compliance programs2. ReportingPreparation of regulatory reportsDevelopment of periodic activity reports, reporting, and documentation for our clientsParticipation in committees/meetings3.
