Plax Group, azienda leader nella produzione di componentistica plastica, è alla ricerca di un Operation Manager per la sua sede di Tunisi.
Descrizione del ruolo:
La figura ricercata sarà responsabile del coordinamento dei vari reparti produttivi e della Logistica garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi in termini di consegne, efficienza e qualità, ottimizzando la gestione, promuovendo l'analisi ed il miglioramento delle prestazioni degli impianti e il miglioramento dei flussi, al fine di ottenere una migliore economia di gestione, assicurando la corretta gestione produttiva nel suo complesso.
Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Insieme ai responsabili dei singoli reparti coordinare e supervisionare le attività operative quotidiane;
- Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi legati alla produzione rispettando i target di qualità, costi, efficienza produttiva e livello di servizio verso i clienti;
- Monitorare le prestazioni produttive e proporre miglioramenti per aumentare l'efficienza e ridurre gli sprechi;
- Governare e tenere sotto controllo i costi e le varianze rispetto al costo standard;
- Supervisionare e pianificare i programmi di manutenzione preventiva e/o straordinaria delle macchine;
- Supervisionare la gestione del magazzino e della pianificazione della produzione;
- Garantire il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e degli standard di qualità.
- Monitorare e Supervisionare L'inventory
- Monitore e Supervisionare le attività di Magazzino, Trasporti e Approvvigionamento Materie prime
Competenze richieste:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Industriale, Gestionale, Meccanica o affini.
- Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo simile di almeno 5 anni.
- Capacità di gestione delle risorse, di lavorare in team e attitudine alla leadership.
- Conoscenza generale della Lean Manufacturing
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi informatici nello specifico Gestionali ERP e Excel
- Gestione dei costi e delle performance industriali
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.
- Ottime capacità organizzative, analitiche e di problem-solving.
- Per esigenze operative legate al mercato di riferimento, si richiede ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e disponibilità al trasferimento in Tunisia.
