Campaign Data Operations Specialist

Overview of Role:

The Campaign Data Operations Specialist will be part of the Marketing Analytics & Insights Team. Our mission is to use Data & Advanced Analytics to support the Marketing teams globally. As part of the team, reporting to the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will collaborate with experienced Data Scientists and Data Analysts and make sure that Marketing Campaigns are successfully executed. Your role is to drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency through data-driven insights and optimization strategies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You assist and directly interact with marketing team with various related projects, including but not limited to direct mail campaign selections, adhoc analyses and more.
• You optimize marketing campaigns by leveraging machine learning models to target the right customers/prospects and maximize marketing campaigns ROI.
• You work closely with our Marketing managers and proactively make recommendations on the direct mail campaign selections.
• You constantly monitor machine learning models quality provided by Data Science team and always propose ideas on how to improve those models.
• You know our marketing data.
• You collaborate with Senior Marketing analysts on process improvement for their areas of responsibility to automate tasks and ensure greater accuracy.
• You document and maintain the Campaign Operations Specialist procedures and guidelines

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• A good level of the English language.
• High proficiency in Python programming. Other languages such as SQL server and Snowflake are a plus.
• Good proficiency in Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality. 
• Cross functional support (ad hoc) with Marketing agents
• Strong understanding of business needs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities. 
• Good proficiency in writing & speaking the English language.
• Motivated and energetic at completing tasks and learning new tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines. 
• Knowledge of the reporting systems Looker is a plus 
• Direct mail or Marketing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS (optional)
