Smart Capital, société gestion agréée par le Conseil des Marchés Financiers, est en charge de l'implémentation de Startup Tunisia en vertu d'une convention avec le Ministère des Technologies de Communication.

Startup Tunisia est une initiative nationale qui ambitionne de faire de la Tunisie un pays de Startups à la croisée de la méditerranée, de la région MENA et de l'Afrique. Elle repose sur 3 pilliers

  • Startup Act : un cadre juridique unique dédié aux Startups qui se lancent et se développent depuis la Tunisie, 
  • Startup Invest : Un nouveau cadre d'investissement dédié aux Startups bâti autour d'un fonds de fonds pour catalyser une dynamique forte de VC dans le pays et la région, 
  • Startup Ecosystem : Un cadre d'appui pour un écosystème de Startups performant et inclusif axé sur les thématiques de financement, d'animation et de connexions. 
Description du poste
  1. Contribuer au processus de labellisation des startups : analyse des candidatures, organisation des sessions de pitching et suivi des candidats.
  2. Appuyer l'organisation des cérémonies de remise des Labels
  3. Appuyer les Startups dans l'obtention de leurs Labels et assurer le suivi 
  4. Assurer une veille business pour les opportunités qui pourraient bénéficier aux Startups à l'échelle nationale et internationale ( programmes, financement, perks … )  
  5. Gestion des plaintes et réclamations
  6. Contribuer à la bonne application de la loi et évolution du cadre juridique
  7. Animation de session d'informations autour du Startup Act et ses avantages et programmes écosystème
  8. Dashboarding, analyses de données relatives aux Startups et valorisation de l'écosystème 
  9. Assister le Startup Programs Manager sur les activités écosystème. 

Le Startup Analyst travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le Startup Back office Analyst et Startup Officer sous la supervision du Startup Programs Manager 

Qualifications
  •   Diplômé d'une école d'ingenieur ou de commerce

  • Passionné (e) par le monde des startups, de l'innovation et des nouvelles technologies

  •   0 à 1 ans d' expérience maximum

  •  Expérience dans des structures dans l'écosystème de l'innovation obligatoire

  • Expérience en dashboarding et analyse de données( Looker Studio, PowerBI ) appréciée

    •    Sens éthique élevé 

    •    Rigoureux, sens fort du détail, méthodique et forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse

    •    Capable de travailler dans des environnements intenses 

    •    Forte appétence à travailler en équipe

    •    Maîtrise du pack office et suite Google

    •    Langues : maîtrise de l'arabe, de l'anglais et du français

    •    Engagement pour le développement du pays et de la région.
