Product Operations Specialist

This Product Operations Specialist position is for a diligent problem solver with good data manipulation skills. Your primary focus will be on a specific product Line of Business (e.g. Business Cards, Consumer, Marketing Materials, Packaging & Stationary, Signage). The ideal candidate must have experience with data entry, has a logical and entrepreneurial attitude who can multi-task and think outside of the box to improve and automate operational processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 
Data entry in our web-based services to set-up products on the Vistaprint website

-  Setup and maintain product configurations including sku creation, scene linking, gallery configuration, and handling equivalency to other products

-  Support the product integration from third-party fulfillers

-  Collaborate with third-party fulfillers, our Global CARE team, and our Technology team to address order issues impacting customers; including late orders, product quality, artwork issues, system bugs

-  Remediate product related issues

-  Participate in the process improvement for new product introductions

EXPERIENCE
-  1-2 years of experience in product, technology or merchandising operations involving data entry on web-based tools.

-  Experience working in an agile project management environment is a strong plus.

-  Proficiency in Excel is required. SQL knowledge and familiarity with APIs/JSON is a plus.

-  Strong logical and critical thinking skills.

-  Good verbal and written communication skills.
