Vistaprint's's Europe Fulfillment team plays a vital role in expanding our product range and improving the overall customer experience through operational excellence and innovation. We collaborate closely with third-party fulfillment partners (3PFs) and internal stakeholders to optimize processes, enhance integration, and ensure seamless delivery for our customers. As investments continue to grow in this area, it's an exciting time to join a fast-moving, global team shaping the future of fulfillment at Vistaprint.

What You Will Do

• Support the introduction of new third-party fulfillers and product launches by improving processes and ensuring smooth integrations.
• Manage end-to-end product setup, including MCP SKU configuration, fulfillment setup, and cost alignment.
• Collaborate with Cimpress Technology to facilitate the integration of new fulfillers and products.
• Understand the cross-tool implications of product changes across systems and domains to ensure smooth operations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive improvements that enhance the customer experience.
• Research and identify potential new fulfillment partners to expand Vista's product offering.
• Share knowledge and collaborate within the team to support continuous improvement and market growth

Your Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in product, technology, or merchandising operations involving data entry and web-based tools.
• Strong analytical and logical skills, with experience working with integrated systems and large data sets.
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, learn quickly, and adapt to new challenges

Nice to Have

• Experience working in an Agile or project-based environment.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with fulfillment operations or product integrations.
• Demonstrated curiosity and creativity in improving tools and processes.
