Job Title:   Outbound Sales Advisor – English Speaker (Evening Shift)Location: Tunis, Tunisia

Overview of Role:

The Outbound Inside Sales Agent you will be required to sell a range of National Pen product to existing customers through outbound telephone calling. 

You will do this by contacting customers using a pre-loaded workflow. In doing so, you will provide our customers with an incredible service, whilst establishing long-term customer relationships.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Calling existing customers using preloaded workflow and generating increased sales.
  • Manage a database of unassigned accounts with associated Sales Revenue and Key Performance targets.
  • Ensure customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the customer of any new products and maintaining the highest levels of customer care.
  • Ensuring the order and customer details are correctly uploaded onto the system to ensure accuracy on all orders. 
  • Achieve weekly individual sales, calls and revenue targets. 
  • Attend weekly team catch up meetings, brainstorm new ideas and sales techniques.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes, which will be supported by on on-going training, support, and coaching. 
  • Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Fluent in English 
  • Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience in sales environment with an understanding of the importance of building relationships with key decision makers
  • Passionate about delivering customer service and managing customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and handle objections in an appropriate manner. 
  • An energetic, self-starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills. 
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other systems
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and results driven.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
