What you do:


• Lead the identification and implementation of new processes and improvements.


• Lead the training and mentoring of the team, by doing ongoing auditory for the existing resources


• Assist in testing new processes, system updates and upgrades


• Assist in the development, implementation, and delivery of training


• Identify opportunities for process improvement and makes recommendations


• Provide input and assist the leadership team in planning and organizing the team, by analyzing QA results and preparing reports


• Identify cross-operational opportunities for Claims process improvements, loss prevention programs and internal training


• Help in boosting customer satisfaction through proactively addressing customer queries


• Other Ad hoc duties as required.

What you bring:


• Bachelor's degree in any Medical field, Paramedical, Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field preferred.


• 3-5 years' experience in a customer focused environment, ideally in clinical, paramedical roles or TPA or insurance roles.


• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task


• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.


• In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, claims processes, and regulatory requirements.


• Proficiency in claims management software and other relevant computer applications.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Must be ready and willing to step in when staffing is insufficient to keep the operations running


• Ability to demonstrate sounds work ethics.


• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines and service standards


• Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.


• Hybrid working option available as per business requirements.
