Business Development Manager

We're seeking a dynamic BDM to drive growth for our IAM portfolio. You will identify and develop new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, manage bids, and cultivate long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate understands IAM, cybersecurity buying centers, and enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities

Business growth & sales: Build and manage a high-quality pipeline; run end-to-end cycles from prospecting to close.

Bids & proposals: Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with competitive, tailored proposals; coordinate inputs from delivery, architecture, and finance.

Market & strategy: Track trends, competitors, and sectors; contribute to go-to-market plans, account plans, and value propositions; provide input to pricing.

Client relationships: Engage CIO/CISO/IT leadership and Procurement; act as a trusted advisor aligning IAM to business and compliance needs.

Partner & channel: Develop routes-to-market (VARs, SIs, MSP/MSSP, distributors, cloud marketplaces) and co-sell motions with vendors/hyperscalers.

Internal collaboration: Work with IAM consultants and solution architects to shape feasible solutions; with Marketing on campaigns, events, and content; and with Business Delivery on positioning proprietary tools/services.
Requirements

Experience: 8–12 years in IT business development/sales; cybersecurity or IAM strongly preferred.

Network: Brings an established, active network of relevant decision-makers to open doors and accelerate deals.

Knowledge: Solid grasp of IAM concepts and enterprise IT; awareness of regulations/standards and licensing/commercial models.

Channel/Distribution: Familiarity with direct, one/two-tier, MSP/MSSP, and cloud marketplace motions and license structures.

Sales excellence: Proven quota attainment, enterprise deal closing, and bid management.

Tools: Proficiency with CRM (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft 365.

Soft skills: Negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building.

Languages & travel: Excellent English & French. Willingness to travel within Europe/MEA.
Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented; strategic and analytical; resilient and adaptable; able to translate technical IAM topics into clear business value.
KPIs
Revenue/bookings (ARR/TCV), new-logo acquisition, pipeline coverage & conversion, win rate and sales cycle, partner-sourced/co-sell revenue, bid success, client satisfaction/retention, and geographic expansion.
