Crown has now an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Management Accountant. The role reports to the Finance Manager and is based on-site, at our manufacturing plant in Tunis (Tunisia). Joining Crown offers you the opportunity to take on an interesting and challenging position in an international company where we value personal and professional development.
Your mission in Crown
In this role and as a full member of the plant finance team, you will assist in preparing key business decisions by analyzing and presenting key financial data. You will oversee accounting procedures and prepare forecasts, budgets, financial risks analysis.
Main Responsibilities
• Monitor monthly financial pack and analyse the source of changes
• Prepare forecasts and budgets for management reviews
• Collaborate with operation team for high quality and accurate information sharing to analyse the financial data
• Perform manufacturing accounting and analyse variances against standard data
• Share on regular basis financial data with Plant management regarding cost spending and performance vs targets
• Ensure documentation is maintained as per SOX requirements on monthly basis.
• Maintain supporting documentation for Financial Packs and Balance Sheet for internal and external reviews.
• Liaise with Internal and External Auditors
About You
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar.
• Relevant certification (e.g. CMA) will be preferred
• Proven experience as management accountant or similar role in a production/manufacturing environment
• Extensive knowledge and work experience of accounting standards and financial regulations
• Excellent knowledge of risk analysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Working knowledge of financial software (SAP) and MS Office
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A problem-solver with attention to detail
• Languages: Arabic, English, French
