- Administrative Support: Maintain digital files, records, and documents; handle email correspondence and facilitate internal communications; prepare and distribute regular reports on team performance and project statuses.
- Recruitment: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms; identify and engage potential candidates through different channels; review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and short-list candidates with ATS.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in a recruitment role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with recruitment software and HR databases; excellent organizational and time-management abilities; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Arabic, and French is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; high attention to detail and accuracy; strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members and candidates.
