We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin/Recruitment Specialist to support our digital and customer support teams at BD SELECT.Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Maintain digital files, records, and documents; handle email correspondence and facilitate internal communications; prepare and distribute regular reports on team performance and project statuses.
  • Recruitment: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms; identify and engage potential candidates through different channels; review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and short-list candidates with ATS.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a recruitment role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with recruitment software and HR databases; excellent organizational and time-management abilities; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic, and French is required.
