We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team at BD SELECT. This role will support our digital and customer support teams, ensuring smooth administrative operations and effective recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining digital files, records, and documents. They will also handle email correspondence and facilitate internal communications, as well as prepare and distribute regular reports on team performance and project statuses.
  • Recruitment: In this role, the candidate will create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms, identify and engage potential candidates through different channels, and review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and short-list candidates with ATS.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time-management abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and fluency in English, Arabic, and French. Additionally, they will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment role.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer an attractive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
