We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Recruitment Expert to join our team at BD SELECT. This key role will provide vital support to our digital and customer support teams, ensuring seamless administrative operations and effective recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
    • Document Management: Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documents to ensure efficient data retrieval and compliance.
    • Communication: Facilitate internal communications and handle email correspondence to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
    • Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports on team performance and project statuses to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Recruitment:
    • Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
    • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through different channels to build a diverse and skilled pool of applicants.
    • Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and short-list candidates with ATS to ensure the best fit for our organization.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field to demonstrate a strong foundation in organizational principles and practices.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years in a recruitment role to showcase expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to efficiently manage administrative tasks and reports.
    • Familiarity with recruitment software and HR databases to streamline candidate management and tracking.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, candidates, and external stakeholders.
  • Language:
    • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic and French being an asset.
  • Attributes:
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to drive productivity and results.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy to ensure quality in all aspects of the role.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with team members, candidates, and external partners.
Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
