We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tunis, Tunisia. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients in both French and English.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong background in customer service, insurance, or a related field. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a service-oriented attitude. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality customer experiences and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this role may be ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients in French and English, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
- Inquiry Resolution: Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues related to our products or services in a professional and courteous manner.
- Service Quality: Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism in all client interactions, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share best practices, improve service processes, and achieve common goals.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage and update client records while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information, and perform administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation as needed.
- Educational Background: Minimum Bac+2 or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business administration or marketing.
- Experience: Expert profile with prior experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field, preferably with a focus on bilingual or multilingual support.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiar with customer service software.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both French and English, with a proficiency level of C1/C2.
- Personal Attributes: Reliable, involved, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences; excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment; strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and service-minded; comfortable working with numbers and data-driven tasks; open-minded and adaptable in a multicultural setting.
