Missions:
•S'assurer l’entretien/ ménagequotidien est maintenu dans toutes les zones du magasin et communiquer avecl'équipe managériale en cas d'incident.
•Être conscient des risques auxquelsles employés et les clients sont exposés, connaître et mettre en pratique lesnormes et les procédures de l’entreprise en matière d’hygiène et sécurité.
•Encourager au maintien de lamotivation des équipes en surface de vente dans la section.
•Garantir l’intégration et effectuerle suivi de formation des nouveauxmembres de l'équipe.
•Aider au développement et à larétention d'une équipe efficace.
•S'impliquer dans la gestion de laperformance des vendeurs (par ex. Maladies / absence, retard, retourau travail, etc.).
•S'assurer qu'un niveau élevé deservice client est offert dans le magasin.
•Gérer et suivre la mise en placedes plans d'action du service client.
•Résoudre et gérer les réclamationsdes clients au fur et à mesure qu'ils se présentent et se référer à l'équipemanagériale en cas de besoin
•Comprendre, garantir et appliquerles procédures d’échange de l’entreprise
•Garantir un bon service au clientgrâce à de bonnes connaissances produit et ses connaissances notammentconcernant :
*Les nouveautés.
*Le réassort des best-sellers.
*Proposer des alternatives.
•Effectuer les plannings journalierà l'avance en vous assurant que les zones suivantes sont couvertes en touttemps: Surface , Cabines d’essayage, Caisse.
•Gérer et motiver l'équipe pouraugmenter les ventes de manière efficace.
•Connaitre les objectifs quotidienset mensuels afin de les atteindre / les dépasser.
•Remonter quotidiennement à l'équipemanagériale les informations concernant le personnel, les produits et lesprocédures.
•Veiller à ce que les normes soientrespectées tout au long de la journée et lors des fermetures.
